My name is Sara Blair and I am a Realtor with Rise Realty and Management Co! My passion for real estate sparked during the thrill of purchasing my first ‘dream house’. With that transformative experience, Sara Blair, Real Estate with Flairwas born!

I relive that feeling of delight every time I help a client find their own safe-haven. My goal is not simply to close a sale – it’s to find the place that kindles a marvelous mix of joy and comfort every time you walk through the door.

FLAIR: “A special or instinctive aptitude or ability for doing something well; stylishness and originality.”

Getting to know your distinct style allows me to be entirely tuned-in with your needs. Maybe you need a fenced-in yard for your dogs, a location close to school for your children, or near downtown activities. The process is always a unique journey – and I’m here to be your go-to guide as we navigate that road together!

With more than five years of experience, I have found that the best equation for home buying or selling includes equal parts of positivity and and realism. While we work together through key financial conversations, like your credit score and the types of down payments, we will also have a lot of fun figuring out which features in a home bring you a burst of excitement.

 The “S” word
Have you ever settled on purchasing a pair of shoes you didn’t love because they were ‘good enough’ to wear to the event? Chances are – those shoes are sitting in the back of your closet, and you might look back with second thoughts.

While compromise is often essential in a successful relationship, your feelings with a perspective home should bring you more excitement than angst. Through an open dialogue and a crystal-clear priorities to outline your Vision of Home, I’m here to help you shine, not settle, in finding the right house.

Outside the Box
One of my very first clients was a family moving from Texas to Ohio. This opportunity called for a little thinking outside the box with detailed showings via Facetime! It was not only an honor to help these folks find the right place to live, but also help them explore their new neighborhood from a thousand miles away.

With each showing, we assessed room by room, and then headed out the door, down the street, on a trip through the neighborhood so they could truly dive into an authentic buying experience.

While 85 percent of moves are local, every one of the 32 million moves in the United States each year have unique needs. I’m here to listen to your vision, concerns, and be a reliable go-to guide through the journey of buying or selling your home.

The Golden Rule of Real Estate

When you enlist my services to buy or sell your home, you’ll leave feeling listened to, appreciated and understood. My personal values include honesty, enthusiasm and empathy and most importantly, always following the golden rule.

It is my fundamental goal to be your resource in all things relating to the housing market, the buying or selling process and your goals for your new home. I am here to lead you through changes in the market and to adjust our process as needed.

Home” can be a place to raise a family, to start a new chapter and to make memories. Dorothy said it best in Wizard of Oz – “There’s no place like home!” Regardless of your definition of ‘home’, I am passionate about connecting you to what is important to you!
