My name is Sara Blair and I am a Realtor with Rise Realty and Management Co! My passion for real estate sparked during the thrill of purchasing my first ‘dream house’. With that transformative experience, ‘Sara Blair, Real Estate with Flair’ was born!
I relive that feeling of delight every time I help a client find their own safe-haven. My goal is not simply to close a sale – it’s to find the place that kindles a marvelous mix of joy and comfort every time you walk through the door.

Getting to know your distinct style allows me to be entirely tuned-in with your needs. The process is always a unique journey – and I’m here to be your go-to guide as we navigate that road together!
With more than five years of experience, I have found that the best equation for home buying or selling includes equal parts of positivity and and realism. While we work together through key financial conversations, like your credit score and the types of down payments, we will also have a lot of fun figuring out which features in a home bring you a burst of excitement.

Outside the Box
One of my very first clients was a family moving from Texas to Ohio. This opportunity called for a little thinking outside the box with detailed showings via Facetime! It was not only an honor to help these folks find the right place to live, but also help them explore their new neighborhood from a thousand miles away.
With each showing, we assessed room by room, and then headed out the door, down the street, on a trip through the neighborhood so they could truly dive into an authentic buying experience.
The Golden Rule of Real Estate
